Ring in the New Year with a Little Something Free:)

How about a giveaway for a great start to a new year?

I met Sabrina when we were in high school, on a summer retreat. Lost touch with her shortly after that and then through this wonderful bloggy world found her again. She has the most adorable kiddos and great creative talent. Here’s what she says about herself: I am a 30 year-old (yikes!) stay-at-home mom of *almost* two. My daughter is 2 1/2 and our son is 7 weeks old ! Prior to staying home, I had the greatest job on earth. I was a buyer for a major jewelry retailer. Yes, I got paid to play with jewelry and travel the world- oh and it was just icing on the cake that I had a super boss, the best coworkers and a non-existent commute to work. I had no plans of anything changing. When my daughter was 3 weeks old, I looked at my husband with tears and told him that I could not leave her with strangers and that I had to quit my job. We promptly sold our house and downsized and the rest "is history".

Sabrina now has her own Etsy shop, Noodles & Milk, and sells the cutest sewing patterns. I have made several of the items and they are perfect baby shower gifts. More about Noodles & Milk: After about 4 months of staying home with my daughter, I started to get antsy. I had no creative outlet. I had nothing that was "mine". I desperately needed something. So, I decided to take up a new hobby- something that I have always wanted to try- sewing. That is right, if you do the math, I have only been sewing about 2 years! To say that I took right to it would be an understatement. Within a few weeks I had an enormous fabric stash and could not stop creating and trying new things. Within about a month I started selling custom baby gifts on ebay (yuck) and then etsy (yea). The shop grew really quickly and I loved all the custom work I was creating for little ones. Custom gifts grew into custom clothing. In January, when I found out I was pregnant with our son, I knew that the shop had to change. I knew that at least in the beginning, I would not have the hours at naptime and nighttime to sew custom orders. I decided right then to try pattern writing. I have found pattern writing to be as addicting as sewing. I love it! I can't say the shop will always be patterns and that I will never go back to custom orders, but for now I am loving the new direction that Noodles & Milk has gone.
Here are the rules:
• Fan the Noodles & Milk FB page
• Follow the Noodles & Milk blog
• Visit the Noodles & Milk etsy site, come back here and leave a comment with your favorite pattern.

On January 11, I will randomly select a winner.
As an added bonus, you can use coupon code "happynewyear" for 15% off the entire order. Valid through 1/16.

For extra entries, blog about this giveaway, tweet and link back to this giveaway and the Noodles & Milk page, become a follower of this blog, or post this giveaway on your FB page. (you must leave an additional comment for each of the extra entries) Good Luck!!

LOL, which patterns do I NOT want would be the simpler thing for me to be able to choose--I love them all!

If I had to choose I would say the Mackenzie skirt and the Nursing Wrap Cover. :)
